While interviewing Erik Lewis of Canyon Landscape, I found him to be sincere, capable and friendly. I asked him to “do anything, please” with the useless dirt hill in my backyard. With an artist’s eye, he modeled a stunning terraced garden of architectural quality that visually doubled my space. Erik has an understanding of nature’s random beauty, the drama of the third dimension, and the dynamics of excavating.
Mr. Lewis shows up on time, works an 8-hour day in 90+ degree heat, doesn’t interrupt work with phone calls, adheres to a 30 minute lunch break and confers with the customer on the day’s goals. These are the rare characteristics of a business professional who believes that customer satisfaction equals success.
If I had known how sophisticated my yard would look and how many “Wows!” I’d receive, this inviting sanctuary would have been done this 20 years ago.

Erik and his talented, friendly, and hard-working crew did an amazing job with our backyard. The yard was originally terraced with railroad ties, most of which were “past their prime”. They removed the old ties and put beautiful stone in their place. The yard was truly transformed and was completed while sticking with the original budget.
